My Approach
I believe that everyone who walks into my office comes with their own unique personality and life experiences; I don't believe that the same approach works for everyone. People are so much more than the diagnosis or "label" they are given. Getting to know my clients and building a trusting relationship is the most important part of therapy. In the end, my goal is to help my clients rely on their own strengths and successes to help them through personal challenges.
About me
I have always been involved in helping people and I can't imagine waking up in the morning and not doing this type of work. There is nothing that gives me as much pleasure as helping others to be the best they can be. My life experiences, both good and bad, have helped to give me an understanding and compassion for people who struggle and need unconditional support and encouragement.
